We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting salon operations and enhancing the overall client experience. Responsibilities
Assist stylists and technicians with various services, ensuring a smooth workflow in the salon.
Manage front desk duties, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations and common areas.
Support retail sales by promoting products and assisting clients with their selections.
Utilize salon software, such as Vagaro to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist in consultations when needed.
Be able to braid for hair weaving services.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with salon software (e.g., ) is
