Hello! We are a small, locally owned salon in Downtown Palatine. We have both senior and newer stylists all with the same goal: to make the world more beautiful. We focus on excellent results and uplifting our clients; top-notch customer service is our top priority! We are looking for a dedicated salon assistant who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment with personal customer service. Tasks include: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, washing laundry (towels and capes,) shampooing clients, maintaining a clean salon (dusting, sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, etc…) and establishing a baseline knowledge of product lines and services. Busy times move quickly and slow times are good for catching up on cleaning tasks and organization. Cash tips, too! If you like getting to know people, like working on your feet (but not constantly) and enjoy the beauty industry, this is the job for you!
