Salon Assistant wanted in Brookhaven/Chamblee
Bishops Cuts/Color Chamblee is currently seeking a dedicated salon assistant with exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of a busy salon.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients both in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the client sign-in process and operate the point of sale system
Perform various cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized salon environment
Assist with client callbacks and follow-ups
Exceed customer service expectations at all times
Marketing support duties may include:
Posting engaging content on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service background
High energy and ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high standards of performance
Job Type: Part-time
