Our salon assistant should have a natural smile and upbeat attitude with a commitment to providing an unforgettably fun and exciting experience for each of our client children and parents. You are literally the first face the customer sees upon entering the salon and the last one to ensure all customers have a great experience.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the front desk by answering the phone and Assisting Customers with Check In and Check Out.
Ensuring all customers’ needs are met before they leave.
Support the efficient operation of the salon by shampooing, braiding, cleaning stations, doing make-up, etc as needed.
Requirements:
Customer service experience
Wear a smile and be available on weekends
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with kids
Cosmetology license optional
