Responsibilities
Provide consistent and professional services, while following proper standards as directed by the state of barbering and cosmetology
Must posses complete knowledge of all services and products
Maintain a clean, neat and organized environment
Actively promotes add on services and retail as well as programs and promotions
Regularly attend/ participate and support ongoing training to continue to be knowledgeable about current trends.
Strong accountability for retail sales and promotions
Basic Qualifications
Must currently hold and maintain a State Board of Cosmetology license (within the state of California)
Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent client service skills
– Excellent communication skills as well as listening skills
– Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality
– Must possess the ability to diffuse difficult situations with fact and efficiency
– Proactive in anticipating clients needs
Availability requirements
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends. This opportunity is full time and part time. Full-time requires full availability for any shift, a minimum of five days per week, including evenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $150.00 per hour
