Are you passionate about the beauty industry and eager to become a stylist? Salon Phoenix is looking for a dedicated Salon Assistant who wants to gain hands-on experience while training to transition into a stylist role through our in-salon training program.

What You’ll Do:
Assist stylists with shampooing, blow-drying, and client prep
Maintain a clean and organized salon space
Learn fundamental styling, cutting, and color techniques
Provide excellent customer service and assist with client rebooking
Support day-to-day salon operations
Check in and check out clients, book salon appointments
Create social media content and post pictures of your work to build your portfolio
Who We’re Looking For:
Passionate about hair and eager to learn
Hardworking, reliable, and a team player
Excited about a long-term career in the beauty industry
Prior experience preferred, but not necessary (we’re happy to train the right person!)
Comfortable with social media or willing to grow an online presence
