Daryl Christopher is now recruiting Salon Assistants/Junior Stylists tojoin our team.
We are seeking passionate, energetic, and motivated individuals that are enthusiastic about the beauty industry, eager to learn, and enjoy creating a positive client experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career as a hair stylist and/or hair colorist.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and professionally.
Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for their salon services.
Assist stylists with tasks such as organizing tools, maintaining cleanliness, wash and fold laundry, and ensuring smooth service flow.
Assist stylists with washing out hair color, applying toner and glazes, and deep conditioning treatments.
Keep shampoo stations, styling stations and common areas clean and tidy.
Provide a relaxing and enjoyable shampoo experience for clients.
Help stock and organize salon products as needed.
Qualifications:
Passion for the beauty and hair care industry.
A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced environment.
Eagerness tolearn and growwith the team.
Previous salon experience is a plus but not required.
MA Cosmetology License.
Must work Saturdays and Sundays.
