WE ARE HIRING NOW! We are looking for an energetic assistant manager to join our awesome team of stylists. Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids Timonium is a salon for kids ages 0-14. We’re on a continued mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family!

In partnership with the Salon Manager, Job Functions include:
Demonstrating strong technical skills (licensed stylist/barber state of MD) with ability to mentor
Leading and inspiring the team (by example)
Promoting Sharkey’s to new customers and potential new team members
Assisting with and overseeing daily operations, as appropriate
Role modeling professional appearance and positivity
Recruiting awesome staff
Building client base
Ability to prevent and manage customer complaints with grace
Training and retaining Stylists
