We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position involves a variety of tasks, including assisting with hair services, maintaining salon cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Assist stylists with various hair services, washing ,blowing , curling.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide appropriate recommendations.
Qualifications
:Experience in blowing and curling hair is a must .(styling will be an appreciated bonus)
Previous experience in a salon or beauty environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of hair threading techniques is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients positively.
Basic understanding of retail sales principles and upselling techniques.
Familiarity with cosmetology practices and color theory is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow within the field.

Pay: $20.19 – $30.00 per hour
