Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques, including traditional and modern styles.
Provide straight razor shaves and beard grooming services with precision.
Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to maintain a hygienic environment.
Offer excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing professional recommendations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices by sharing knowledge and best practices in barbering techniques.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in barbering with strong skills in hair cutting, styling, and shaving techniques.
Familiarity with sanitation practices and health regulations in the beauty industry.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience in upselling services or products is preferred.
Ability to mentor others is a plus, fostering growth within the team.
Knowledge of eyelash extensions is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: $140.60 – $224.60 per day
