We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your expertise in various hair styling techniques and customer service will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
Utilize techniques such as hair threading and hair extensions to enhance client looks.
Employ straight razor techniques for precision cuts and styles.
Assist in retail sales by recommending products that suit clients’ needs and preferences.
Maintain an organized and clean workstation to promote a professional environment.
Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service throughout their experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, and makeup application to offer innovative services.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including barbering skills.
Experience with makeup application is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Previous experience in store management or retail sales is advantageous but not required.
A valid cosmetology license is required.

Pay: $2,289.00 – $2,510.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
