We are seeking talented and motivated hairstylist or barber for our Salon Booth Rental opportunity. This role is ideal for licensed cosmetologists, barbers, or makeup artists looking to establish their own clientele in a vibrant salon environment. As a booth renter, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule, provide personalized services, and create a welcoming atmosphere for your clients.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of beauty services including haircuts, coloring and styling .
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize salon software Vagaro for appointment scheduling and client management.
Manage front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and processing payments.
Implement effective store management practices to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Stay updated on current trends in color theory and beauty techniques to provide high-quality services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proficiency in hair cutting and knowledge of hair coloring.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive client interactions.
Ability to advertise and promote yourself.
