We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Utilize hair threading techniques to provide precise and defined results.
Provide nail care services as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive beauty treatments.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Maintain knowledge of color theory to achieve desired hair color results for clients.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments.
Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong skills in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and barbering techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales management.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Familiarity with MINDBODY software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
A valid cosmetology license is required.

Pay: $19.50 – $23.45 per hour
