Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
Plan and control budget and manage inventory
Oversee contracts for advertising or marketing procedures
Handle and resolve customers’ complaints or concerns
Plan, organize, and control the day-to-day operations of salon
Hire, train and supervise staff
Job Requirements:
Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the service being offered are required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
