Fringe Artistic Salon & Spa is looking for an experienced, motivated Salon Floor Manager who is ready to lead by example while continuing to build behind the chair.. . This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned stylist with an established clientele (required) who is passionate about leadership, teamwork, and creating an exceptional salon experience.. . What You’ll Do. . As our Floor Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader on the salon floor.
You’ll help ensure every day runs smoothly while inspiring and supporting our team.. .
Responsibilities include:
. . Lead and oversee daily salon floor operations. Coach, motivate, and support stylists and assistants. Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment. Ensure exceptional client experiences from start to finish. Assist with scheduling flow and resolving day-to-day challenges. Hold the team accountable to salon standards and expectations. Support education, growth, and team development. Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and performance.
Continue servicing your own clientele behind the chair while balancing leadership responsibilities. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:. . A licensed and experienced hairstylist. Has an established clientele. A natural leader with strong communication skills. Confident, authoritative, and able to make decisions. Friendly, approachable, encouraging, and team-oriented. Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about mentoring and helping others succeed.
