General Manager About Us
Founded in 2016 by Christine Leblanc, LIFE&COLOUR Salon has grown into one of Vancouver’s leading hair salons. We believe beauty comes in many forms, and our mission is to help every guest embrace their unique beauty with confidence and joy.
At LIFE&COLOUR, excellence is at the core of everything we do. Our success is built on exceptional artistry, outstanding guest service, and thoughtfully designed systems that create a seamless experience—from the moment an appointment is booked to the final checkout.
As we continue to grow, including the opening of our second salon in Spring 2027, we are looking for a General Manager who is passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams.
Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at a pivotal stage. You’ll work directly with the Founder to lead LIFE&COLOUR into its next chapter, overseeing one salon today while preparing for the launch of our second location in Spring 2027.
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of LIFE&COLOUR. Reporting directly to the Owner, this role oversees salon operations, financial performance, people leadership, marketing, education, and guest experience.
Initially, the General Manager will oversee the operations of our flagship location before transitioning to managing two salon locations following the opening of our second location in Spring 2027.

This person will have a strong presence within the team. They’ll lead, mentor, support, and inspire while also creating the systems, structure, and accountability that allow the business to grow. Many administrative tasks can be delegated, but leadership cannot.
