We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in barbering techniques and have the ability to provide exceptional grooming services to our clients. As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and confidence of our customers while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences.
Utilize various barbering techniques including straight razor shaves, hair threading, and hair extensions.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Assist in retail sales by recommending hair care products that suit client needs.
Mentor junior barbers or apprentices, sharing knowledge and skills to foster their development.
Manage appointments using salon software to ensure efficient scheduling and customer service.
Skills
Proficient in barbering techniques with experience in straight razor shaving, hair extensions, and eyelash extensions.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment management and customer records.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Retail sales experience is a plus, enabling effective product recommendations.
Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support to less experienced team members.
Knowledge of makeup application is an advantage but not required.
