Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Barber to join our team. The Master Barber will be responsible for providing exceptional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to our clients while ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for their craft, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to clients
Consult with clients to determine their desired style and make recommendations based on their hair type and face shape
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques in men’s grooming
Keep a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
Maintain knowledge of and comply with all safety and health regulations
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of services provided
Requirements:
Completion of a barbering program or apprenticeship
Valid state barber license
Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in all aspects of men’s grooming, including haircuts, shaves, and beard maintenance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to work flexible hours
