Located in Portsmouth’s vibrant West End, our 9,000-square-foot space includes a full-service salon, spa, medi-spa, and dedicated barbershop. Our barbers are part of a passionate, professional team that values creativity, precision, and top-tier customer service.
Position: Commission-Based Barber
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming treatments tailored to each client’s style and preferences.
Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and deliver a personalized experience.
Stay current on men’s grooming trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized barbering station in compliance with state and salon standards.
Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
Valid barber or cosmetology license in the state of New Hampshire.
Proven experience in barbering, with strong cutting, grooming, and styling skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a passion for men’s grooming and style.
