Job Description:
As a Hair Stylist at Bishops Campbell, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. You will play a key role in ensuring each client receives high-quality service tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities:
Consult with Clients: Assess client needs and recommend haircuts, colors, and treatments based on their preferences and hair type.
Perform Hair Services: Execute haircuts, colors, highlights, and styling with precision and creativity. Barber applicants aren’t required to know color & highlights.
Hair Treatments: Provide professional treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp therapies to improve hair health.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients with friendly, professional service.
Product Recommendations: Suggest and sell professional hair care products tailored to client needs.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations, tools, and the salon environment clean and hygienic.
Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer clients the best services available.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional hair stylist; 2+ years preferred.
Licensing: Valid cosmetology license (requirements may vary by region).
Skills: Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling hair with attention to detail.
Customer Service Focused: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service.

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
