Job Description
Position Summary:
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include completing all hair services offered.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino’s Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino’s Service Standards at all times.
2. Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
3. Complete all hair services offered.
4. Participate and attend all education classes and staff meetings.
5. Knowledge of hair care products sold, and the ability to promote and sell them.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
3. Must be able to work well with others on a team.
4. High School Diploma or equivalent.
5. Completed and passed State Board of Cosmetology.
6. Two (2) years’ experience in a hotel or resort salon.
Physical Requirements:
1. Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
2. Able to lift up to 10 pounds with or without assistance.
3. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
4. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
