Hair Stylist Responsibilities:
Deliver expert haircuts for both long and short hairstyles
Specialize in Balayage, Highlights, Foilyage, and Color Corrections
Provide consultations based on client face shape, hair health, and desired look
Apply hair treatments and protectants: hydrating masks, bond builders, glosses, etc.
Stay on top of current styling trends and new techniques
Build long-term relationships with clients by offering memorable service
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation
Recommend and upsell salon services and premium haircare products
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Cosmetologist in Virginia
1+ year experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, or Color Specialist
Skilled in modern coloring techniques: balayage, root melts, toning
Familiar with blow-drying, curling, flat ironing, and texture treatments
Great energy, team spirit, and strong communication skills
Passion for learning and a desire to grow professionally
