As the Salon Leader, you re not just running the show you re setting the stage for a vibrant and thriving salon experience! Your role is adelightful mix ofleading by example, helping your fantastic staff growtheir clientele, and boosting business. But that s not all you re alsothe shining example, delivering top-notch hair care services with theutmost quality for each guest.
As the ultimate coach and mentor, you bring out the best in your salonfamily, ensuring apositive work environmentthat s as uplifting as afresh new hairstyle. You re the talent scout, recruiting, training, andeffortlessly handling conflicts and client concerns with professionalism and flair. At the end of the day, you might find yourself closing outthe system, wrapping up another day of fabulousness in the world ofstyling!
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability tolead by exampleand resolve challenges with professionalism
Ability to bring out the best in others by being the best yourself in training, developing your team, creating a positive work environment, providing guidance on business and technical competency matters, and keeping the salon s bottom line in mind
A current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Tech-savviness with the ability to perform administrative tasks
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements,occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
WORK SCHEDULE
We close at 7 pm, so you ll never have to work a late night! The typical schedule varies and includes evenings and weekends.
