Job Description
Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and staff while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Manage and motivate a team of stylists and technicians, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and foster a
positive work environment
. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, utilizing social media and local
community engagement

Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality products for the salon. Handle client complaints and feedback with
professionalism
, striving to resolve issues swiftly to maintain
customer satisfaction
and loyalty. Maintain accurate financial records, including payroll, expenses, and sales reports, to assess the salon’s profitability and financial health. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while respecting employees’ time-off requests.

Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a salon environment, with a

effectively. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous for serving a
diverse
clientele. Strong technical skills in hair styling, coloring, and treatment applications, demonstrating a thorough understanding of salon services.
