Key Responsibilities:

– Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of beauty professionals. .
– Cultivate a positive, vibrant salon culture where staff and clients feel valued. .
– Manage daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless client experience. .
– Actively participate in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members. .
– Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth and client retention. .
– Foster strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. .
– Collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality standards and professional conduct. .
– Drive team performance, set goals, and monitor progress. . . Requirements: .
– Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is a must. .
– Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (sales experience strongly preferred). .
– Proven track record of building and leading successful teams. .
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. .
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. .
– Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. .
– Must be available for full-time hours, including weekends. .
