FACE FOUNDRIÉis a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows, and skincare. Ourmodern, open-concept space promotes a welcoming and relaxing environment. There is a ton ofgrowth potentialwithin FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
The Salon Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Salon Manager helps create an environment that promotes customer service, client retention, andemployee development.
Responsibilities:
Focus on the customer experience
Assist inthe interview process
Train new and existing team members in service protocols,product knowledgeand in-store processes
Responsible for performing services on clients andleading by example
Coach team members and assist inprofessional development
Conduct monthly and annual reviews
Assist in store’s inventory
Help with marketing efforts (including but not limited to social media videos)
Meet financial metrics set byLeadershipTeam
Participate in all trainings and staff meetings
Report directly to the Owner
Qualifications:
Esthetics License is required
Experience in management and/or training is required
1+ years in customer service
