About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and
customer-focused
Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure a top-tier client experience. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, staff, customer interactions, and social media engagement while ensuring the salon runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Customer Service &
Experience:
Greet and assist clients, handle inquiries, and ensure
exceptional service
. Staff Management: Schedule shifts, oversee performance, and maintain a positive
team environment
. Salon Operations: Manage appointments, oversee inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Social Media & Marketing: Manage the salon’s social media accounts , create engaging content, and respond to customer inquiries online. Sales & Growth: Promote services, upsell treatments, and contribute to overall revenue growth.
System Management: Oversee bookings, payments, and reports using the salon’s digital platform.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in salon management, hospitality, or customer service. Strong
leadership
and people management skills. Tech-savvy with experience in booking systems and social media management. Excellent
communication
and
problem-solving
abilities. Passion for beauty,
wellness
, and customer experience.
