Job Description: A Manager supports growth and development of the salons.
Job Requirements: As a Manager you will be expected to perform daily responsibilities as well as maintain salon performance and meet sales goals. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Creating a “Selling Atmosphere”
As an experienced team member, recognizing who may need help with their sales and being a coach to them
Attributing to a positive team atmosphere with equal treatment to each employee
Striving to become an industry expert
Rallying the Team towards & Reaching Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Sales Goals
New Hire Training
Provide complete and thorough training of new hires
Incorporate and be an example of our mission statement:

Lead by Example
Creating a Selling Atmosphere
Creating Employee Engagement through Continuous Education
Inventory
Monthly Inventory Reconciliation Count
Compiling weekly reorder lists of supplies and product inventory
Breaking down received orders and entering them into Sunlync inventory
Conflict Resolution
Reconciling customer complaints whenever possible with “the client is always right” attitude
When you feel the situation is out of your hands, transfer the client to an owner
Disciplinary Action
Ability to carry out disciplinary action
Salon Cleanliness
Equipment Maintenance
Notifying Owners of Need for Replacements and fixing units
Maintaining and supervising salon cleanliness and ensuring that the team is performing their daily shift duties
Delegate extra cleaning duties to the team
Membership Maintenance
