RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a Salon Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon and ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

We are looking for a Stylist Manager, who will run their own column alongside the salon.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of hair stylists, receptionists, and other salon staff.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
Monitor and achieve salon targets and budgets.
Create staff schedules.
Recruit, train, and develop salon staff with the support of the head office team.
Maintain an organized and clean salon environment.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues with the support of out Customer Success Manager.
Previous experience as a salon manager or in a similar leadership role within the hair and beauty industry.
Be a qualified & experienced Hairdresser.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
Knowledge of salon operational procedures and best practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Passion for the hair and beauty industry.
Must be a team player and have a positive and professional attitude.
Up to £45k/year OTE (unlimited commission for Stylist Managers, incentives & bonuses)
