Role Overview:
We are looking for a
dynamic
and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. As the Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and manage the team to achieve sales and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
:
Manage, motivate, and mentor a team of stylists, beauticians, and support staff to deliver top-tier services.
Customer
Experience:
Ensure every client receives
exceptional service
and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Sales & Revenue:
Drive salon sales, meet monthly revenue targets, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Inventory Management
:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement of products and supplies.
Scheduling:
Oversee staff schedules to optimize productivity while maintaining a
work-life balance
for team members.
Training & Development
:
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest trends, techniques, and Be U Natural’s standards.
Compliance:
Ensure the salon adheres to all health and safety regulations and maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of daily operations, sales, and employee performance for regular reporting to
senior management
.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in salon management or a similar role (3+ years preferred).
Strong
leadership
and team-building skills.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
Knowledge of salon products, services, and industry trends.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office,
POS systems
).
