We’re hiring a driven, confident Salon Manager who will act as the owner’s right hand—primarily owning hiring, team development, and day‑to‑day leadership so the owner can focus on big‑picture growth. This is not a behind‑the‑scenes support role. We need a natural leader who thrives on building high‑performing teams, isn’t afraid to make decisions, and has the instinct to put themselves (and the salon) out there—whether that’s networking in the community, driving social media presence, or spotting opportunities to elevate the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition and team growth (your #1 priority):
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top stylists and support staff using our established onboarding framework. Build and maintain a motivated, cohesive team that delivers exceptional service. - Drive team management and culture:
Coach, develop, and inspire the team daily. Handle scheduling, performance conversations, conflict resolution, and recognition to keep morale high and turnover low. - Own operations and inventory:
Manage stock levels, vendor relationships, and product ordering with a sharp eye for sustainability and cost efficiency. - Handle finances with confidence:
Monitor daily sales, expenses, budgets, and basic reporting. Work closely with the owner on profitability and growth targets. - Amplify our brand through social media:
Create and manage engaging content, promotions, and community outreach that showcases our ethical practices and talented team. - Ensure smooth salon operations:
