This salon is busy and has been growing like crazy and we need a strong leader to bring it to the next level. We also have multiple openings for stylists and managers in our Upstate NY salons as well! These salons are BUSY and are just waiting for you to bring your book of business, or build it with us! We lease space from Walmart so THOUSANDS of potential customers walk by your front door each day!

Our organization is seeking a Salon Manager with experience in being a culture champion, recruiting, training and coaching staff, managing inventory and operating for profitability. Your technical skills must be excellent and you must have experience with ALL hair types, including curly, coily, textured, straight, ethnic styles, etc and must have excellent knowledge of chemical services such as colors, relaxers and perms. The right candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in managing a multi-tasking staff and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience and handle anything that comes their way.
Responsibilities:
Promote the salon and its services.
Contribute to the development of a beautiful, clean, and organized salon environment.
Scheduling staff for optimal coverage and profitability, while balancing staff needs
Make sure that the salon is obeying all local and federal health regulations.
Ensure that all employees are delivering excellent customer service and technically superior styles.
Keep up to date with current trends in cosmetology.
Recruit and retain staff by gaining relationships with hair schools and local cosmetologists.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $48.00 per hour
