We are seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within partnered Senior Living Communities.
Position Details
Position: District Leader
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week
Compensation
$25/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 16 hours/week). Paid hourly when not providing services.
Behind the Chair (BTC) days:
Minimum of 3 days/week at 52% commission, with potential increases annually.
Commission on services: 52% starting rate, with increases per company policy.
Benefits
15% commission on retail product sales.
Biweekly pay schedule.
Quarterly bonus eligibility.
Company benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K).
PTO per company policy.
Estimated annual earnings: $42,000 – $55,000+.

Position Requirements
Valid state Cosmetology license in KS and MO, reliable transportation.
Minimum 3 days/week performing cosmetology services.
Retail sales experience required.
Basic manicures and pedicures skills.
Basic email and computer skills.
Experience in caregiving environment (preferred).
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, reach, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch.
