Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring compliance with Sport Clips standards.
Directly supervise, train, and mentor a team of talented cosmetologists and barbers, enhancing their skills with comprehensive, paid in-person training.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
Efficiently manage staff scheduling, salon resource allocation, and operational workflow.
Drive sales strategies to boost salon profitability and meet financial objectives.
Handle administrative duties including inventory control, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain the salon’s cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
Occasionally perform cosmetologist or barber duties to support team and operational needs.
Qualifications:
Proven track record as a Salon Manager or Lead Cosmetologist/Barber with managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
Valid cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering client and team relationships.
Proficient in managing salon operations and staff with a detail-oriented approach.
Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
