JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
- Strong technical skills with the ability to mentor and coach stylists
- Lead the team by example
- Oversee daily salon operations
- Promote Sharkey’s to new customers and future team members
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and grace
- Hire, train, and retain stylists
- Help create a fun, welcoming culture for both clients and staff
