We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist/NailTechnician to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling, coloring, and nail care services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring.
Perform nail care services as needed, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
Engage with clients at the front desk, managing appointments and providing excellent customer service.
Upsell additional services and retail products based on client needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to salon standards of hygiene and safety.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of retail math for effective upselling and managing product sales.
Familiarity with eyelash extensions is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in executing various styles and techniques.
