JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sharkey’s is a fun, energetic, and fast-paced kid friendly salon and we need a Manager with enthusiasm and expert skills to lead a team of talented stylists and take care of the day to day operational responsibilities. If you’re a people-person with a passion for success while offering superior customer service, and outstanding team leadership, we have an amazing opportunity for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading a team of talented hairstylists, barbers and receptionists.
Keep the salon buzzing with high-energy vibes and ensure every client leaves with a great new haircut & a smile:)
Manage the day-to-day operations from scheduling to inventory and everything in between.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with kindness and professionalism.
Create a salon culture that’s as welcoming, positive and energetic!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in a leadership role.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi task.
POS skills.
Passionate about the hair industry and must have MN Cosmetology or MN Barber License
Able to work weekends
