Roles & Responsibilities
– In charge of the overall management and profitability of the salon.
– Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for
continuous improvement

– Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
– Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
– Train and develope staff into service professionals and groom high potential into
leadership roles
– Curate marketing promotions to attract and retain new and existing customers.
– Conduct monthy skillset trainings
– Develops ongoing relationships with clients
– Upsells clients on products and services
– Developing and implementing sales processes for all staffs
– Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
** Requirements**:
– At least 15 years of relevant experience (salon base) at management level.
