Summary Salon Operations Assistant Manager is responsible toassist Director of SPA & Recreation in providing hands onsupport and guidance and ensuring the discerning guests feel thattheir every need is anticipated and they have created arelationship with the Salon oversee daytoday salon operationsscheduling and customer interactions. Supervise salon staffincluding nail technicians receptionist hair assistants andattendant. Provide training guidance and support to ensurehighquality service delivery and adherence to salon standards.
Maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction
by addressing clientneeds resolving complaints or issues and ensuring a welcoming andprofessional salon environment. Manage salon appointment schedulesensuring efficient booking and utilization of resources. Coordinatewith stylists and other staff to optimize scheduling and minimizewait times for clients. Monitor salon inventory levels and ordersupplies as needed. Ensure adequate stock of hair care productstools and equipment to support salon operations.
Assist withfinancial management tasks such as
cash handling
