We are looking to fill two positions a daytime recepitionist from 9am-3pm and an eveing recepionist from 3pm
-9pm. Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Our busy and beautiful salon is looking for a salon receptionist who can help create an outstanding experience for every guest from the moment they walk in.
Responsibilities
- Greet all clients with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently
- Answer incoming calls and respond to messages in a timely, courteous manner
- Ring up clients, process payments, and promote hair care products
- Assist with maintaining salon inventory and restocking as needed
- Refill snack and drink stations for clients
- Support overall cleanliness and appearance of the salon
- Provide general assistance to stylists and salon management
- Help ensure every client leaves feeling pampered and valued
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident using scheduling software and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or retail experience is a plus
- Friendly, professional appearance and attitude
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 – $13.00 per hour
