Base pay range
$21.00/hr – $26.00/hr
We are looking for a front desk attendant to join our expanding team at Upper East Side Tan! As the first person our members see when they enter the salon and the last person they see before they leave, you will become a face of our brand. You will provide a memorable and personalized experience, grounded in top-notch customer service, to each of our members.

Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Love for tanning and beauty
Bonus points if you have the following
Experience with Boulevard software
Previous salon/gym front desk experience
Responsibilities
Booking appointments via phone and booking software
Fostering relationships with members
Handling all appointment check-ins
Selling products and add-on services
Cleaning and maintaining salon organization
