The Role
The Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC) is seeking a talented and experienced part-time Salon Stylist to join our team. We are a growing salon located in the heart of Goose Hollow within the MAC club facility. MAC salon is open to the general public. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, a keen eye for style, and exceptional customer service skills. As a Salon Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair care services ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining the standards of the Multnomah Athletic Club.

What You’ll Do
Perform hair cutting, styling, and coloring services in accordance with client preferences and industry trends.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for hair care.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to provide innovative and modern services.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and personalized care.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other spa and wellness team members to provide a seamless and integrated experience for club members.
What You’ll Bring
Valid cosmetology license.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
