Bishops Cuts/Colors is looking for an upbeat, talented, experienced manager to join our Vancouver, Washington management team. Our shops are loud, fun, fast-paced and provide our customers with top-notch cutting and coloring services and professionalism.

Store managers are responsible for the following:
o Excellent verbal and written communications
o Deep understanding and practice in recruiting, interviewing, selection, training and development of people
o Proven team building and development
o Understanding and knowledge of stylists, their development and management
o Skilled in cutting and color techniques
o Operational expertise in all facets of the barbershop business or directly relevant field
Minimum Qualifications
Has worked in a fast-paced salon environment
Experience in managing
High energy, proven ability to work with a broad diversity of people and work groups
Self-starter with high standards of personal performance and integrity
Five years’ experience as a licensed hair technician with the ability to teach technical skills to staff
Up to date cosmetology licensing
