Summary
As a Stylist at Sharkey’s Cuts For Kids, you will be an integral part of our vibrant team, delivering exceptional haircuts in a fun and engaging environment. This role is essential in ensuring that children and their parents have a memorable salon experience while contributing to our mission of maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services tailored to children.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure safety and comfort.
Engage with children in a friendly manner to create a positive salon experience.
Stay updated on current trends in children’s hairstyles and techniques.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Utilize salon software for appointment management and client records.
Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license
Proven experience in hairstyling
Strong knowledge of hair cutting techniques
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with kids and parents.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
