Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results in hair coloring and highlights.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate hair care products.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon area.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products and tools to enhance client satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques through ongoing education.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including the use of straight razors.
Experience with retail sales within a salon environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
