Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by evaluating and understanding client needs and preferences for hair services.
Perform various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring and highlighting.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon environment.
Educate clients on hair care products and techniques to enhance their experience.
Assist with retail sales and promote salon services effectively.
Qualifications
Current Cosmetology License
Proven customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction
Proficient in hair styling techniques, including barbering and cosmetology
Knowledge of sanitation practices and salon safety standards
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction
Ability to prescribe products that will benefit the client
Desire to grow and learn
