As the Salon Owner, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service in a welcoming environment.
Duties
Oversee your own salon operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Provide high-quality hair services such as barbering, hair extensions, and hair threading.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
Utilize Vagaro software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and increase client retention.
Foster a positive team culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
Must have your own clientele to support you paying rent
Suite Rental starts at $250 weekly
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Familiarity with Vagaro or similar salon management software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Knowledge of retail math to manage product sales efficiently.
Previous experience in store management is a plus.
A valid cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
