We are looking for aHair Stylist Assistant who knows their responsibilities include shampooing hair, consulting customers about styles and colors and applying hair care products, like treatment oils and masks, help with applying basic hair Color, Blow drying hair, Ultimately, you help us ensure all customers leave our salon satisfied with our services and feel happy with their new looks.
We are looking for a Hair Stylist Assistant, who is hard working and willing to learn and wants to gain experience and connection’s in the industry.
In addition to shampooing hair you should be able to perform cleanliness, such as swiping floor, doing laundry, sanitizing surfaces and chairs after each client.
As our Salon Assistant, we expect you to represent our salon and always greet people who walks in with a smile, full of energy and great attitude.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and identify their preferences by asking pointed questions
Great Communication with the clients.
Recommend hairstyles
Wash, rinse and dry clients’ hair using appropriate shampoos and conditioners (e.g. for oily hair or dry scalp
Apply basic hair colors
Apply hair treatment products, as needed (e.g. color protection creams and hydrating masks)
Form bonds with loyal customers and try to remember their names
Ensure tidiness of beauty stations and sterilize tools, as needed
Cross-sell hair care products or services, when appropriate
Help with flat ironing
Skills
Open to learn quickly
Familiarity with hair treatment products and services, like keratin smoothing
Up-to-date with industry trends
Excellent communication skills
Physical stamina to stand for long hours
Flexibility to work
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
