We are looking for a passionate, client-focused Salon Manager & Sales Assistant to join our luxury retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the day-to-day running of our beautiful London Flagship in Mayfair's iconic Burlington Arcade.
As Salon Manager & Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming and highly personalised experience for every client who visits Ananya. You will oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the salon while driving sales, nurturing client relationships and ensuring the exceptional presentation of our collections. Working closely with the retail, marketing and operations teams, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding luxury experience that reflects the values and craftsmanship of Ananya.
