Job Summary:
The saloon Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daytodayoperations of a highend salon ensuring exceptional customer servicemaintaining salon standards and managing a team of salon staff.
They will strive to create a luxurious and welcoming theenvironment while maximizing profitability and meeting businessobjectives.
Responsibilities:
1.Team Management:
Recruittrain supervise and motivate salon staff including hairdressersnail technicians and supportpersonnel.
Schedulestaff shifts and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverageand optimalperformance.
Provideongoing coaching feedback and performance evaluations to teammembers to enhance their skills andproductivity.
Addressemployee concerns conflicts and disciplinary issues promptly and inaccordance with companypolicies.
2.Customer
Service Excellence

Ensurethat all clients receive
exceptional service
and personalizedattention to meet their individual needs andpreferences.
Handlecustomer inquiries complaints and feedback effectively andprofessionally striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction ofthe customer and thesalon.

3.Salon Operations:
Overseedaily salon operations including opening and closing procedurescash handling
inventory management
and equipmentmaintenance.
Monitorand manage salon expenses budgets and revenue targets working toachieve profitability goals while maintaining highqualityservices.
Implementand enforce salon policies and procedures including health andsafety regulations and industrystandards.
4.Salesand Marketing:
Promotesalon services packages and retail products to maximize sales andrevenue.
Maintainclient databases and utilize
customer relationship
management (CRM) systems to track client preferences purchase history andfeedback.
5.Professional Development:
Stayupdated on industry trends techniques and
product knowledge
toensure the salon offers cuttingedge services andproducts.

Provenexperience 34 years in a supervisory or management role within aluxury salon or spaenvironment.
Strongleadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and mentor adiverse team of salonprofessionals.
Excellentinterpersonal and
communication skills

Solidunderstanding of salon operations including scheduling inventorymanagement
financial analysis
and salesstrategies.
Proficiencyin salon software and computer systems for scheduling billing andclientmanagement.
